Season One
Leo Shishigami
"Miss, need a hand?"
Birthday: May 5th Blood type: O Zodiac Sign: Taurus
Likes: All kinds of noodles, Tobacco Dislikes: Peas
Character Design: Jiro Suzuki
The legendary man, Leo Shishigami. Guns, fights, and flirty banter were all
right up his alley. He was notorious for being a womanizer, and would hit
on any woman he saw. I remember being hit on too... *giggle*. He was such
a charming guy, with a whiff of danger. Though the war ended in 1944,
there was a misunderstanding and he was thrown into a prison camp,
and he didn't come back to Japan until 1947, three years later.
Rose Haibara
"Hey! Stop fighting! Sir, please?"
Birthday: August 25 Blood Type: A Zodiac Sign: Virgo
Likes: All sweet foods, Kokin Wakashu Dislikes: All types of onions
Character Design: Soichiro
She was the first true Madam of Primavera, Rose Haibara. In 1947, she was
forced to put together a group of ladies of the night. She was fair and
kind to everyone and was a true-hearted, unquestioned, good-natured person.
As a woman, she was lovely and beautiful, but as a lady of the night, she
could have been considered a failure. She had a beauty and fragility like
fresh snow that no man wanted to touch.
Richard Maiougi
"You saved the Madam, didn't you? ...I thank you deeply."
Birthday: December 5 Blood Type: AB Zodiac Sign: Sagittarius
Likes: Vegetables, A modest life Dislikes: Unhealthy food, airheads
Character Design: Soichiro
He was Primavera's chief strategist, safekeeper, and most importantly, it's
de-facto leader. If Madam Rose was its spiritual leader, he was the practical
leader. Without him, Primavera couldn't have been so cunning. He was known
as a ruthless moneylender, but he really wasn't. He just wore a mask of
coldness over his warm heart to protect his friends. That is, only when
you paid back your loans in time...
Wayne Uedara
"...You, stay away from Madam Rose! You're hurting her!"
Birthday: December 23 Blood Type: O Zodiac Sign: Capricorn
Likes: Meat, Raw eggs, shadowboxing Dislikes: Green peppers
Character Design: Yaeko Ninagawa
The legendary counselor with so many historic stories was still a young
man back then. He was originally a bodyguard for Madam Rose. No, I should
have said "knight." He was a delinquent boy with no relatives, and Rose
picked him up. He was incredibly loyal and dedicated his whole life to
her. Nowadays, he looks like a dignified man, but back then it was quite
the opposite. He was a scrawny, stray dog who went around biting everything
in sight. Leo and him quarreled a lot. But he was probably the one I was
most fascinated with.
Cyrus Saimura
"Ghahahaha! They're all so soft! This isn't enough for me!"
Birthday: February 21 Blood Type: B Zodiac Sign: Pisces
Likes: Beefsteak, pudding Dislikes: Fish with bones, pushy women
Character Design: Yaeko Ninagawa
He was originally Richard's friend and bodyguard. But after Richard
became a Primavera executive, he too did a lot for the organization.
He was a powerful man returning from the war, a man of great skill
and gunmanship. He's buried in Leo's legend, but without his
service, we wouldn't have won the early war. He looked scary at
first glance, but he was surpsingly shy and funny. Richard was
considered cold and it was hard to get his opinions straight, so
Cyrus' ability to talk to him was invaluable.
Stella Maiougi
"Heeey... I'd like you to do me a favour... Hey, Hey, Hey 𝅘𝅥𝅮"
Birthday: June 8 Blood Type: B Zodiac Sign: Gemini
Likes: Kuri Manju, Massages Dislikes: Uncooked Tomatoes
Character Design: Soichiro
She was Richard's sister and the most successful girl at Club
Primavera. I remember she used to say she could show heaven
in bed to anyone as long as they paid her. She was bewitching
and had irresistible pheromones. She was the epitome of the
cunning, shrewd yet tough ladies of the night. Her greatest
achievement was breaking the hearts of the stationed military
officers. She also seemed to have a good presence in Chinatown,
and her diplomacy in bed was a fine weapon in Primavera's
arsenal. She had a lot of allies, but also a lot of enemies.
Meryl Tanashi
"You've gotta be kidding me. Any more than that, and Meryl Tanashi won't let you get away with it!"
Birthday: June 20 Blood Type: O Zodiac Sign: Gemini
Likes: Alcohol, whiskey bonbons Dislikes: Pumpkin, Lonely places
Character Design: Soichiro
One of the signature girls of Club Primavera, alongside
Stella. She was more of a bold drinker than bewitching.
I remember she was very popular amongst men who drank.
Despite her childlike appearance, she was like a big
sister. She was very caring and loved to protect her
juniors. She laughed, fought, and drank like no one
else . But maybe she couldn't have done it without the booze.
Rose once told me that she looked very lonely when sober.
Philip Butler
"I'm Philip Butler, a captain in the United States army. If you have a problem, you can always visit the Garrison Headquarters at..."
Birthday: July 15 Blood Type: A Zodiac Sign: Cancer
Likes: Apple pie made by grandma, Boobs Dislikes: Clams
Character Design: Jiro Suzuki
Club Primavera was saved countless times by this dirty,
boob-loving captain of the U.S Army stationed in
Japan. His mother is Japanese, he spoke fluent
Japanese, and he treated us Japanese with respect.
We were able to solve many of the troublesome problems
that arose in City 23 by asking him for help - of
course, after spending a wonderful night with lots
of nasal spray and the popular girls. Well, I do
sympathize. He was a middle manager too. He also
had to drink to make it in this world.
Lee Meijiu
"Everyone step back, I want to talk to that woman alone."
Birthday: January 7 Blood Type: Unknown Zodiac Sign: Capricorn
Likes: Sesame balls, Jiaozi Dislikes: Sashimi, heavy drinkers
Character Design: Jiro Suzuki
He was a young executive of the Golden Dragons, the
Chinese mafia that controlled City 22, which bordered
City 23 on the north. There was a big Chinatown on the
north of City 23, and they had a lot of influence.
Therefore, it's difficult to talk about the underworld
of City 23 and not mention them. City 22 was inland, so
they were always aiming for City 23, which has a port.
He was the man that spearheaded it. He had no relatives,
but made a name for himself as a talented hitman, and was
quickly promoted to an executive position.
Amanda Amamiya
"If this was going to be the case, I should have become Madam..."
Birthday: November 11 Blood Type: B Zodiac Sign: Scorpio
Likes: Fruit salad Dislikes: Black coffee, talkative men
Character Design: Yaeko Ninagawa
Before Stella joined, she was the number one at Club
Primavera. Originally, she was supposed to be Madam.
But the ladies of the nights were all twisted. Due to
several factions fighting, Rose, the greatest common
denominator, was selected as Madam, and Amanda went
behind the scenes. It's easy to imagine that she was
supportive to Rose until she became aware of her role
as Madam. How could the ladies of the night live
with themselves? She was a woman who always thought
seriously about this.
Keireiji Souhei
"You should show your face here more often. I like you."
Birthday: September 22 Blood Type: B Zodiac Sign: Virgo
Likes: Shochu, Roasted squid Dislikes: Ketchup
Character Design: Soichiro
I may introduce him as a regular customer of "Bar Nobushi",
a tavern where many ex-soldiers hung out. He was an officer
who fought in the Southern jungle with a large number of men.
He was a dignified man who had led a group of ruffians on the
front line, and was well respected by the many demobilized
soldiers. Soldiers from defeated countries typically aren't
welcomed when they come back home, and there is no work for them.
He was definitely worthy of respect when he said he wanted
to take them in and take care of them.
Miguel Kurashiki
"I don't know what's hard. I'm just a dummy, you know~? Kyahah☆"
Birthday: April 1 Blood Type: AB Zodiac Sign: Aries
Likes: Candy with bright colors Dislikes: The smell of meat and women
Character Design: Soichiro
Anyways, he was a crazy guy. Sometimes, demobilized soldiers
have a total breakdown of character due to their harsh
experiences on the battlefield. I think he was a typical
example of such people. He was a dangerous man with both innocence
and ruthlessness. He showed no mercy at all, not even
to women. Without him, Alfred would have taken control
of City 23 sooner than he actually did. If you asked
me to name the most dangerous man in City 23 at the
time, I can only think of him.
Claudia Kurosaki
"I've had a dream. Ever since I was a child."
Birthday: October 31 Blood Type: A Zodiac Sign: Scorpio
Likes: Potatoes Dislikes: Mustard, wasabi
Character Design: Ryukishi07
One of the ladies of the night, and one of Rose's friends.
I remember well how she was the only one in a kimono
while everyone else was in western wear. I remember she
was a modest, hardworking woman who didn't look like a
lady of the night. In a more respectable time, she
never would have been involved with the nightlife.
She had a dream of saving money and owning her own
restaurant, where other women were more self-indulgent.
There were many such serious women at Primavera at
that time.
Alfred Akagi
"Oooh... Miss Rose, is this Primavera's reply?"
Birthday: October 8 Blood Type: 0 Zodiac Sign: Libra
Likes: Popcorn, hot dogs Dislikes: Eggs
Character Design: Ryukishi07
The American Mafia used to have a presence in City 23.
He was a ruthless killer there. But he killed the
American bosses, took over their organization, and
planned to take control of City 23. Although his
organization was somewhat weakened by the infighting,
he was certainly the most dangerous man in City 23
at that time. They needed a lot of cash to make peace
with the mainland organization, and they used some
pretty rough methods to raise it. Of course, Club
Primavera noticed.
Julie Hayashibara
"Nice to meet you! I'm Julie Hayashibara from Hong Kong Daily!"
Birthday: April 29 Blood Type: A Zodiac Sign: Taurus
Likes: Instant Ramen Dislikes: Tororo, Overtime
Character Design: Soichiro
You're a new reporter at the major newspaper
company, Hong Kong Daily, right? She's a
graduate of Tsinghua University and is a
talented quadrilingual woman fluent in
Chinese, Japanese, English and French. She
has mastered Japanese Kobujutsu (ancient
martial arts) and served as a youth
member of the China-Japan Cultural and
Sports exchange mission. More noteworthy
is that she's the only purely Japanese
journalist at your company. It's hard to
find a purely Japanese person in Tokyo in the
21st century, isn't it?
Jeanna Amakawa
"...... Ho-ho-ho. Bear with me for a moment as I reminisce about the old times."
Birthday: July 6 Blood Type: Unknown Zodiac Sign: Cancer
Likes: Pickles Dislikes: Greasy food, injustice
Character Design: Ryukishi07
And it's me.
Honorary president of the Japanese Brotherhood
"Harukaze". Besides, I'm also the president
of the Japanese Traditional Culture Preservation
Society, the president of the Japanese Scholarship
Society, and many other things. Well, I guess the
title of "Big Boss of the Japanese Mafia," as most
people know, is the most fitting. Don't be scared.
I'll be nice to the Japanese, okay?
